I saw Áine a few years ago and I remember floating on a cloud on the journey home. I wasn't sure why, but I knew I loved the healing session. I spent a couple of years after this suppressing my spiritual side ( an old habit), and returned to Áine when I was truly ready to make way for soul healing. I've been struggling lately with the amazing shifts in consciousness. I experience almost on a daily level and fully integrating them, whilst dealing with daily life and the worst cold ever!
